While hearing songs it has very good sound.. But it has very low sound on voice call. My earbuds worked properly for 1 week after that it has technical malfunction. Right side bud is not connecting to the phone. I returned the product and they troubleshoot it gave it to me now. Let’s hope for the best

Products was defective. worse experience regarding produced quality.
i have ordered earbuds in quantity of 2.both earbuds i received was defective so i returned it. the 2 earbuds i got as replacement was even in worse condition.1. box inside Amazon plastic bag didn’t have intact plastic wrap it was already removed by some one.2. box of earbuds didn’t had original round tape with logo of noise. it was obvious somebody opened box and packed it with some local round tape.3. product inside was defective again. in one product even after full charging 1 ear bud were not working. in another one charging case were not charging the earbuds inside.i didn’t expected this kind of service from company like Amazon. i hade to go through huge inconvenience. worse service ever. Amazon clearly don’t have control and monitoring over suppliers and quality of products the are providing to consumers under Amazon’s name.

The Build quality of this product is worst when i open the box of tws its case has few noticeable scratches but after inspecting it has some minor cracks and after few day of use crack become bigger without even fall form my hand then why paying for this product its first time i use noise products and my experience is worst

Sound quality Was So Good

Sound quality is very good.

Connecting issue
I purchased these earbuds on October 2023, but now one side of the ear bud is not working, I followed every troubleshoot method and did not working. I contacted the noise customer service but there is no option to speak to the customer service executive and i am unable to raise online complaint since this particular product type is not listed. This product has warranty and i need to know how to claim it.Any one help me in this.Thanks

I liked them I have charged these once and I am using it on the third day still without charging it and the battery life is great and same for the sound quality just a bit disappointed with the fact that wearing both the headphones for more then half an hour without even the volume being high or anything it starts giving headache that’s a minus for me other then that I believe this is worth the money spent

Sound and built quality is good. bass quality is nice. But please sell fresh unboxed products. Seller provides ,may be used, replaced items with broken seals and dirt patches on the product. This is unexpected from amazon. otherwise product quality is more than expected.
